Google has a very awesome tool available that can translate any website, as well as a simply message, with just a few clicks.
For example, here is my site translated in Spanish…
Simply enter the site URL, choose the type of translation, and that’s it.
Even my work at home site can be translated.
You could also translate your files from English to Spanish or any other language you choose. Just copy and paste it into the translator and you’re done. How easy is this?
Consistency is Key…
When you are building your business, there is one thing that you must do, and that is…be consistent. You can put in 2 hours a day or you can put in 8 hours a day. It doesn’t really matter how much time you put into it, if you don’t do it consistently, on a daily basis, it just simply will not work.
Often times people will start a new home business, they are so excited about all the money they will be making and they just can’t wait to get started. They put in 40 hours that first week in the business. Then week number 2 rolls along, and they are a bit bummed out because they didn’t get the results they were expecting last week. They think that with all the time they put into it, that they should have done a little better, right? So they decide they will take a much needed break this week and just wait for people to call them back. Then another week goes by, they put in a few hours here and there, and yet they aren’t seeing much in terms of results.
However, someone else has also just started their home business. They don’t have a whole lot of time to devote to the business at first, so they decide that every night after they get home from working their 9 to 5, they are going to make prospecting calls for 2 hours. They do this day in and day out. Results aren’t nearly as important to this person. They know that by consistently presenting their opportunity or their product to people, sooner or later everything will begin to happen. And it most definitely does.
We don’t who will be interested in what we have to offer. When you consistently do what needs to be done, you are building your pipeline. It may not be good timing for some, but because you continued making those calls, even when people may have said “no” or you spent an entire 2 hours leaving voice mail messages, people will start to call you back.
If this is something that you struggle with, here’s my suggestion. For the next 30 days, consistently make 50 dials each and every day, 5 days a week. It doesn’t matter if they say “yes” or “no.” It doesn’t even matter if all you do is leave messages or if you talk to 5 or 10 people. All that is important with this exercise is that you do it Consistently. If in fact you decide to take me up on this offer, I would love to hear how it goes.
Off to a Fast-Start…
Working from home has it’s fair share of pros & cons. One of them being, you can get so easily distracted, especially with no one watching over you to make sure you are actually working, that more often then not, you reach the end of the day and have accomplished very little.

How to get your new distributors off to a fast start?
To motivate your new distributors/brokers…Take their television home with you. Let them know they can get it back after they have sponsored their first 4 distributors &/or after they have acquired their first 4 members/customers. Every time your new distributor looks at that empty space where their tv used to be, they with think about promoting their business.
As outrageous as it sounds, I can definitely see how it would work. In the same way a vision board, or dream board, with pictures of all the things you dream of having in the future. The lack of your tv in the living room shows what you do not have, that you want back.
